This local organization has programs in the areas of Lima and Cusco and in some rural areas of the country, providing a formal education system for the children of the region. These programs are always seeking volunteers who are interested and ready to teach English, Mathematics, Writing and Reading, Music, Arts, etc... As well they have initiated a program focused on environmental education.What means to work in these programs:
Working in education means to be involved in projects in formal and non -formal education, for example in schools or orphanages and organizations working with children, youth, and adults. Depending on the specific educational needs of the destination will be carried out various activities in order to conform to existing social demands and thus to contribute to the future development of the social groups involved.Volunteer profile:
